I’m a 25 year old graphic designer and photographer, working predominantly in the motorsport industry but also with some freelance experience in other areas of photography and design . I graduated from the University of Derby in 2013 with an Honours degree in Graphic Design. I began freelancing while still at university, creating various leaflets, logos and photography for local businesses. I have recently worked on numerous motorsport industry projects for clients such as Nissan/ Nismo and Triple Eight Engineering.
In 2010 I began working for l’endurance magazine. Hired initially as a staff photographer I since have gone on to design and deputy edit the magazine, which in 2013 became a Nissan/Nismo backed publication. In conjunction with Nissan/Nismo I was hired at the beginning of 2013 by dailysportscar and in addition to working on the magazine I have also worked as a photographer covering rounds of British GT, American Le Mans Series and the World Endurance Championship, including the Le Mans 24 Hours.
In 2014, after a season covering events such as the Sebring 12 Hours, Spa 24 Hours, Baku World Challenge and WRC Wales Rally GB I was awarded Highly Commended in the MSA Young Photographer of the Year.
In 2015 I became a photographer and designer for Current E, creating their magazine and photographing FIA Formula E races around the world. At the end of 2015 I was again awarded Highly Commended in the MSA Young Photographer of the Year.
In 2016 I was awarded the Renault MSA Young Photographer of the Year as well as the Audi, Guild of Motoring Writers, Motorsport Photographer of the Year.
